It is indeed a joyous moment for the host city, Tokyo as it celebrates the arrival of Olympic Rings. Tokyo Organizing Committee spokesperson Masa Takaya is delighted with the arrival of Olympic Rings, “With the Olympic year finally here, everything is coming together. We’ve spent the last seven years working towards this, and now with just six months to go, we’re excited to see the pieces falling into place. From venues to volunteers to ticketing, preparations are exactly where we want them to be at the six-month mark”.
The arrival of the Olympic Rings at Tokyo indicates that preparations of the summer and Paralympics 2020 events are successful.

The Tokyo Olympics 2020 rings landed here into Tokyo Bay on Friday on Barge and will remain in the city until the Olympics opening and closing ceremony, scheduled on 24th July and 9th August respectively.
Olympics rings have always remained the center of attraction for visitors as well as athletes and this time the Olympic rings will remain at the Odaiba Marine Park in Toky bay, where major of the events are held mainly the triathlon and distance swimming.
The Five Olympic rings are gigantic in shape, which stands 15.3 meters high and 32.6 meters from end to end.
Kenichi Kimura, an Olympic Official with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government said: “We decided to install the Olympic rings at this time because we wanted to do it first thing in the Olympic year.”
