Cycling has been contested in the Olympics since the birth of the Modern Olympics. This means, since 1896, cycling has been there in the Olympics. As the days passed, more cycling events got added. Not only events but women’s cycling was also introduced. In the 2012 London Olympics, for the first time, men and women competed in an equal number of cycling events. The Tokyo Olympics will open on 23rd July. These are postponed Olympics from 2020 which were affected by a coronavirus.
